Very efficient process using the online booking system and SO flexible in terms of adding or deleting items and generally the whole process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the call centre when I had a couple of queries and the operatives had outstanding customer experience skills and made it a pleasant interaction with their helpful and easy going nature. Nothing was too much trouble. Great business and we will certainly recommend and use again should we need a Van and/or move house again!

The removal men were polite, very considerate of my furniture and the neighbours when taking stuff down 2 flights if stairs. Hardly any noise at all. Would definitely use again.
