Was slightly nervous using Any Van for a full house move given some negative reviews I had seen on line, but i needed have worried. Right from the start of the experience of the booking process, interacting with customer services, speed of response, getting a very competitive quote, staying in touch, a real person on the phone who you felt knew what he was talking about and easy to communicate with, and the Any Van online portal and dashboard was first class. On the day of the move Angus and his team were excellent, fast and efficient, while feeling like they genuinely cared about your experience of them, checking a number of times over the day that all was good for us and no concerns, explaining the packing process and care they were taking over our belongings, and also being very polite, understanding, and accomodating of my children and dog over the day. Overall moving house can be one of the most stressful experiences in life but i highly recommend Any Van and Angus and his first class team. They helped make the day what it should be when you move home, the first day in an exciting new chapter in life.
