The lads were quick and efficient, worked hard and were polite - all round a great service

The removal men were very good but the set up of your company is extremely poor whereby you take peoples bank details and then, if unforeseen circumstances arise (like the fact that our house had steps up to it which I had informed your company of) you then charge so much more and your customers at that stage have no choice but to accept the extra charges - it’s actually immoral. I had to pay £450 over what I was quoted! I will NOT be recommending your company to anyone, but will do the opposite!

The Drivers were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately for them their van broke down in transit resulting in the goods arriving 1 day late . This was handled with professionalism and we were kept informed at each step of the way . We would highly recommend them . Thank you

AnyVan is a fantastic service - it was so easy to book and make amendments in the days before my move, and the price was affordable. Although my driver was delayed by traffic, he kept me really well informed about timings for both collection and delivery and turned up when he said he would. The men were polite, efficient and careful and everything was transported safely. Really happy with the service and would definitely use again.
