The guys were really good… they were delayed on their way so were unfortunately a bit late, that wasn’t a problem for me though and they called to apologise and let me know… when they arrived, they took a good stock of what needed to be moved and planned what order to put things in to the van… we helped load the van, but they made it clear that they were happy to do it all and wouldn’t let us help with any of the heavy stuff bless them! The guys were polite, happy and cheerful, And really careful with our belongings and put things all in the right places… I will 100% recommend AnyVan on the basis today experience

The driver and colleague were great, they were efficient and polite and worked exceptionally hard. There were delays which are understood but could have been advised a little better from head office when trying to speak to them, but the guys were good to communicate with once I had their number. I am a single mum with a baby and felt comfortable with them in my home

Great service, the team all worked so hard and took great care of our goods. Very polite and friendly. We would absolutely book with AnyVan again and would recommend to friends and family. Very smooth. It is very hard with the inventory and listing everything, so we did have to pay an additional sum for the stuff we missed off. So make a list of your inventory as you go, I made the mistake of doing it at the end but managed to miss stuff off that was hidden. So to avoid extra cost, just make sure you are specific about everything you need them to take. Luckily they had enough space to add everything we missed. Really great service overall!
