Polite, respectful and efficient.

The service overall was excellent from the start regarding contact, admin and support. So easy to amend and edit my requirements, right up until the last minute. Unfortunately the move was made quite stressful due to English not being the first language of the men. It was very difficult to communicate my instructions and care of my furniture etc. particularly as they would have placed a dirty and wet garden table immediately next to my sofa (for example), if I hadn’t been watching. Also, no care was taken when removing the washing machine and damage was done to the plumbing, causing additional stress and the need to find someone who could help to stop leaking water. Overall I wasn’t impressed with the care taken by the men. Having said that, nothing was actually damaged, but I think more to luck than design. The men themselves were very friendly and polite and worked very hard and quickly. Might have been a better and safer experience had they had more time to do the work.

Loretis and his colleague arrived on time, very punctual and reliable. The were both polite, professional, friendly, paid attention to detail and ensured that we both understood all the details of the move. I have a rather rare wardrobe that required dismantling and reassembling, it was neither easy nor quick, but they both approached the task with care and skill. Their overall handling of the move was professional, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them to friends and should I need removal services in the future I would not hesitate to use them again. Nothing was damaged or lost and I was very impressed, those 2 young men were brilliant. Thank you.

They worked really hard, asked me several times where I wanted items and to check van was empty. Took furniture down and reassembled. Very polite and professional

The guys were brilliant

It wasn’t an easy day with rain and delivered in the dark in the pouring rain. That worked so hard and even had coffee in the move. Had to take the legs of the suite to fry it through the door and put them back on again. Very obliging.
