The guys worked super hard on the hottest day of the year. They also ended up covering both our move and our buyer/seller as their anyvan driver was running over 6hr. late. However within the move we have lost our rug. How do I get a refund for the cost of moving the rug as well as the value of the rug back?

My driver was Ben he was with Dawn, they were both fantastic, they were efficient, friendly and worked so fast. They had to wait a while but we're so patient, excellent!!

The service was very quick and it made our move much easier knowing that our belongings where being transported safely by the team. I liked being able to track the van for both the arrival and delivery, so I was aware of where it was at all times.
