Great service from the movers. However I asked for 2 Lutons and only got 1 so had to hire my own van.

We had a really difficult move to undertake and your company and staff were more than helpful and accomodating. It made a stressful day that little bit easier. I would give more than 10/10 if I could. Ratislav and his colleague were both so friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their communication was excellent and I immediately felt comfortable and confident they would do a great job. They were both so cheerful and kind as well. I'm so thankful. They made moving day as easy as possible, they were really quick and fantastic to work with. I'm really, really happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I wouldn’t recommend Anyvan as an organisation but rate our removal men highly. They worked really hard yet within the limitations of Anyvan’s service model. We paid for a full packing service yet they didn’t touch anything that wouldn’t go in a box yet packed food into boxes which left us with fragile goods unpacked. I had tried to help packing my clothes into suitcases prior to arrival. They said suitcases weren't on the list so they couldn’t handle them but they could of if I had taken clothes out of the suitcase they could. They also put kitchen items that were in boxes into one of the boxes we needed filling with items that needed packaging and careful handling. Our house was not fully removed that day. It was not made clear prior to the day that how every many cardboard boxes that were estimated was the line when the packing and removal stopped. We had 30 large boxes and 5 small boxes. Once they were filled the packing literally stopped. Yet they only used about 9 large boxes the rest medium so feel underdone totally just 1 more box. I wish I knew that were packing food into them as I would of offered some common sense guidance. I still have to now pack my ornaments. Please phone me if you would like any more feedback . Can’t fault the removal men though so no fault can be assigned towards them. Very dissatisfied with your service model on the actual removal day. .
