Diana and her colleague were incredible. They turned what should be a stressful day into an absolute breeze, going above and beyond to help. They were efficient and friendly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

I cannot fault the service I had with the guys on Saturday. They were brilliant.

Onev or two smallish mix ups over the phone, but the drivers were excellent and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both friendly and courteous. Excellent idea too to use 2 smaller vans instead of a huge one. It seemed to work very efficiently.

The booking team were spot on, we had difficulties with dates changing and they were happy to help with this throughout. The main driver and team on the day were punctual, polite and friendly...efficient in their work and keen to get it done. They were also calm and friendly when faced with a long delay waiting for keys.

Absolutely fantastic. Arrived on time, friendly, helpful and caring. Highly recommend Todor and his partner.

I would recommend as this has been the 2nd move with AnyVan. The driver and colleague were brilliant in every respect but some of the areas from admin team were not too good from original driver being off sick, some items missing from the inventory which I had paid for to one of the customer service ladies not being very nice and even arguing with me over my quoted price. Thankfully Wesley was obtainable to sort things out for me.

I did have some issues with the way I had packed and sorted items (I have arthritis) but Cristian was extremely practical. He very quickly recognised my issues and sorted out the problem to my satisfaction. Very pleased with his handwork and dedication.
