Very fast, strong, helpful and friendly. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully, and nothing was too much trouble. Really impressed. I was on my own and felt very comfortable with them. They were super careful to take care when walking on my carpets in the new house. Will definitely use again. Only one thing… I forgot to empty the water out of my steam iron and because they put it up high in transit, it leaked dirty water onto my cream fabric settee. I know it’s my fault for not emptying it but why didn’t they put it low down (it was very heavy) or advise me to empty it?
