Driver arrived early but was happy to wait. Very strong guys who shifted furniture quickly but carefully. Was respectful of situation collecting from supported living service.

Within hours of making my booking, I had a barrage of emails and phonecalls from third party firms about house moves, which they said was because Anyvan had given them my details, so i'm not happy about that. Then, having booked a van from 10-12, I received a call on the day to ask 'oh they're running late, so it might actually be 1-2pm, is that ok?' Knowing full well that people don't just move house to kill some time on a dull day. Eventually the movers arrived at 1230, in a van that looked like it had been rolled several times through a sewer, and I witnessed them damage several items of my furniture. They then decided the best way to load the van was with some wet, dirty garden furniture ontop of my bedroom and living room furniture, to the extent it all needed to be dried out and cleaned after. On arrival at my new property, they immediately went looking for ways to charge me more, remarking that their job report said my property was on the ground floor and that I should have known to tell them it was more than a 20m walk because that's buried in the terms and conditions. Having said no to their insistence that I immediately pay them £58 for this, they then phoned someone who told them to drop the groundfloor charge as it indeed was not my fault at all, but then threatened me down the phone that unless I paid £25 on the spot, my belongings would be taken back to my old premises. While that could have been hilarious to witness, I decided I had to pay the amount on the day, but I hereby demand that money back. I have subsequently identified damage to another item of my furniture which was in 'as new' condition before your movers touched it, and now has a wheel missing. I demand a refund!

These guys were amazing. Garden furniture had to go over the back fence, as it couldn't fit through the doors, 138Kg treadmill, and extra stuff we had forgotten. They cracked on with the job and didn't complain about anything - can highly recommend this crew.
