Our terms and conditions include information about bookings, cancellations, as well as customer and driver conduct. For instance, you can get free cancellations on your booking up to 48 hours ahead of your scheduled move.
Our terms and conditions also highlight that you should never pay your driver directly. All payments are between you and us (through the AnyVan platform!)
We take every complaint seriously and investigate what went wrong. We'll correct this as quickly as possible, usually by providing an alternative service or compensation where appropriate.
But, you know what they say – prevention is the best cure! We actively monitor our driver's ratings and support them with additional training and guidance if their ratings drops. We believe in second chances, so if a driver has a solid track record but their rating is suffering from a one-off for instance, then we try to work together to find a solution.
