From the moment you get your instant quote to the delivery of your last box, we're committed to making your move miles better. We know how important it is to have a safe pair of hands for your move, which is why we vet and train all of our 2,500+ moving partners.

How do I know my stuff will be taken care of?

We get it, some things you just can't put a price on. That's why our drivers take every move seriously. We only work with reliable and highly-qualified drivers who are experienced at moving all sorts of goods – from gran's china to grand pianos.

Beyond making sure you're working with solid drivers, we also make sure your goods are protected in the event of the unexpected.

The average UK home contains nearly £30,000 worth of possessions. That's why AnyVan offers £50k in complimentary cover against fire and theft for any move (see T&Cs.) And in the unlikely event your items get damaged on the way, we can offer compensation up to a set amount. Make sure to have receipts for any items that you claim are damaged.

For total peace of mind for your move, you can always opt for AnyVan Protection+, which also includes loss, fire and theft up to £20k, plus any accidental damage to your belongings including during loading and unloading – up to whatever value you choose. We recommend this if you are moving items worth over £100.

What happens when service drops?

Even with the highest standards, things can occasionally go wrong. What matters most is how we put them right. Here's what happens when a move doesn’t go to plan:

  • Immediate review – every complaint is logged and investigated by our transport team
  • Driver accountability – we check the driver’s history and rating performance
  • Resolution for the customer – where appropriate, we offer refunds, compensation, or a replacement service
  • Driver retraining or removal – drivers who do not meet our standards are retrained, and if issues persist, removed from our platform
  • Continuous service improvement – trends from complaints are analysed to prevent repeat issues
  • Customers can book with confidence knowing issues are taken seriously, drivers are held to account for every move, and we'll do our very best to find a solution there and then.
