The driver was great - communicated well, responsive and friendly. But very disappointed with Anyvan's tracking, which didn't appear to work properly, or Anyvan's communications.

Emanuel was simply excellent. He handled the items with care and kept me fully informed. I will definitely use ANYVAN again if needed.

It was absolutely amazing, the booking process was very simple and easy to follow as well as being very well priced. The movers showed up on time and were efficient with getting everything loaded and then unloaded at the new place, extremely pleasant the whole time. wonderful experience overall

They were amazing, I would have given them an excellent rating to start with, but when I got to Southampton the flat I had been promised wasn't ready and all of a sudden I was stood there with no where to put my possessions. They were flexible and kind, listening to us and following us to the nearest storage service, where my items could be placed instead, which I really needed as I was definitely panicking at that point.

Absolutely the BEST experience. Conrad was amazing - he was picking up from my mum’s house and she said: 'I gave him a tip as he worked so fast and hard and was most pleasant carrying everything by himself. He was so strong - I couldn’t even slide one of the boxes let alone lift it.' .. and my mum never gives tips! I used the chat function a few times to check on things and was really impressed each time - so good to have a person (not a machine) and each query was solved very quickly. I also thought the price for the job was fair / good! Would absolutely use AnyVan again. Thanks!

Agreed time was changed 20 minute's beforehand, so had to change all our plans, the guys who then took on this job where very good and restored my faith in mankind, thankyou.
