The pick up was great! Unfortunately a wardrobe couldn’t be taken - an awkward return on the stairs which needed 4 people not 2 ☹️ Other than that a great service. Would highly recommend!

Stanley and Eric were excellent. They came, got on with the task, no messing about it waiting for instructions. They took their own initiative. The was a damaged painting, but as none of the others were, this could have been due to the packing.

Our removal team were outstanding/exceptional. We had to face a very challenging and distressing situation with regards to the seller of our onward property purchase, and they went the extra mile to help and support us all the way through it. We cant thank them enough, they deserve full acknowledgement and credit for everything they did for us. They did whatever they could do to look after us, and treated us, and our goods, with care and respect. Michaela and Shafwhan from the Customer Care Team were also outstanding/exceptional, and also helped/supported us through a very challenging and distressing situation. They also did everything they could to support our removal team too. Well done to everyone for everything you did for us on that very distressing day.
